1. Acceptance and Scope
By visiting or using pvpday.com ("Platform"), you declare that you have read, understood and accept these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the platform.
pvpday.com is a brand owned by ITEMARA COREVIDER LTD (Company No: 16774546). The platform lists private servers for MMORPGs like Silkroad Online, Knight Online, and Metin2 and enables community discussions.
2. Account Creation and Security
You are obliged to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. Securing your account is your responsibility. If you become aware of unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
A user may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
3. Server Listing Rules
Users who add servers to our platform must comply with the following rules:
- Server information must be accurate and up to date
- Listings containing misleading or exaggerated claims may not be published
- Server descriptions must not contain insults, defamation or illegal content
- No derogatory statements about competitor servers
- Spam-like repetitive listings may not be created
- Uploaded images must not violate copyright
Servers that violate our guidelines may be removed without warning. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
4. Forum and Community Rules
The following behaviour is strictly prohibited in forums and comments:
- Insults, profanity, hate speech or personal attacks
- Harassment, bullying or threatening messages
- Spam, advertising or unauthorised promotion
- Sharing misleading, false or deliberately incorrect information
- Unauthorised sharing of copyright-protected content
- Sharing personal data without consent
- Sharing illegal software, cracks or cheat tools
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (design, logo, text, code) belongs to pvpday.com and ITEMARA COREVIDER LTD (Company No: 16774546) and is copyright protected. It may not be copied, distributed or used for derivative works without permission.
Users who upload content (images, posts, etc.) to the platform are deemed to have granted a free, non-exclusive licence for the platform to use and display this content.
6. Premium Membership and Payments
The platform may include paid membership plans. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems. Premium memberships, being digital services, are non-refundable once use has begun.
You can submit subscription cancellation requests from your account settings or via our contact form. Cancellation does not affect service access until the current period ends.
Wallet balance can only be used for platform internal spending (e.g. server promotions); there is no withdrawal option. Only unspent balance can be refunded; refund requests are processed after review.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform does not warrant the quality, security or continuity of listed private servers. Joining private servers is entirely at the user's own choice and risk.
Legal liability arising from content shared by users on the platform belongs to the user who shared it. pvpday.com and ITEMARA COREVIDER LTD do not warrant the accuracy, legality or completeness of this content.
a. Platform Status — Intermediary Service Provider
pvpday.com operates as an intermediary service provider (hosting provider) enabling users to create and share content. Under the legal frameworks below, we have no general pre-screening or monitoring obligation for user-generated content; legal liability does not arise unless we are aware of illegal content.
Applicable legal basis:
- United Kingdom — Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002 and Online Safety Act 2023: The platform is exempt from liability unless it has actual knowledge of illegal content or fails to remove it upon becoming aware.
- European Union — Digital Services Act (EU) 2022/2065 and E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC: The platform is exempt as an intermediary until legally notified of illegal content. Content is removed promptly upon notification.
- Türkiye — Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Publications on the Internet: As a hosting provider, we have no general monitoring obligation; we cannot be held liable for hosting illegal content unknowingly. Content is removed within 24 hours upon notice.
All content shared on the platform is under the sole legal responsibility of the relevant user. ITEMARA COREVIDER LTD and pvpday.com do not warrant the accuracy, legality, timeliness or completeness of this content.
b. Content Removal and Legal Notice Procedure
If you believe any content on our platform violates your rights (copyright, trademark, personality rights, privacy, etc.), you may submit a written notice to [email protected]
We respond to complete and verifiable notices within 72 business hours; content subject to well-founded notices is removed promptly. Content may be temporarily removed before the notice is fully processed if sufficient evidence of infringement exists.

c. Abuse Warning
Knowingly making false or misleading content removal notices may have legal consequences. Legal action may be taken against those who make bad-faith notices under Law No. 5651 in Türkiye, the DSA in the EU, and Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002 in the UK.
9. Account Suspension, Banning and Termination
pvpday.com may temporarily suspend, permanently close or delete any user account without prior notice and without any compensation obligation, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Account creation with false, misleading or incomplete information
- Opening multiple accounts or accessing another person's account
- Attempts to attack platform infrastructure, databases or security systems
- Fraud, forgery or actions harmful to other users
- Insults, threats, harassment or bullying
- Illegal content, cracks, cheat software or malware
- Spam, automated bot use or platform abuse
- Actions that harm the platform's reputation
IP-Based Blocking: IP addresses may be recorded and used for blocking to prevent users whose accounts have been permanently closed or banned from accessing the platform with new accounts.
Legal Authority Notification: In case of fraud, threats, insults, illegal content or other criminal activity, user data may be shared with authorities as required by law.
Users who wish to close their account may do so from profile settings. The platform may retain certain data (IP logs, transaction records) in accordance with legal retention obligations.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over dispute resolution.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
